GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE AND RETURN OF BABY BOTTLES AND ACCESSORIES FLOW&GROW

General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the rules for distance purchasing, delivery, and return of baby bottles and accessories under the flow&grow brand, offered by Closer2U OOD, UIC: 206690115, with registered office at 13 Hristo Botev Blvd., Sofia, hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier”.

1. Nature of the Product

Flow&grow baby bottles and accessories are products intended for direct contact with food and the oral cavity. Due to their hygienic nature, they fall under the category of goods that are not eligible for return once unsealed, as per Article 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, only if the product is in its original, unopened, and unused packaging.

2.2. In case of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Supplier in writing via email or contact form and return the product at their own expense in commercial condition: unused, with intact packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or invoice.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

3.1. Returns will not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been unsealed
  • Show signs of use
  • Are not in their original packaging
  • Have damaged integrity or are contaminated

3.2. The Supplier reserves the right to deny a refund if violations of conditions under clauses 2.2 or 3.1 are found.

4. Claims and Complaints

4.1. In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with Articles 112–115 of the CPA.

4.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing, accompanied by photo evidence, a description of the issue, and a proof of purchase.

5. Delivery and Return

5.1. Products must be received from the courier within 5 calendar days, after which they are returned to the Supplier.

5.2. Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal are borne by the customer, unless a manufacturing defect or Supplier error is proven.

5.3. Returns must be sent by courier with a trackable service to the Supplier’s address: 13 Hristo Botev Blvd., Apt. 9, Sofia. The customer is responsible for proper packaging and the condition of the shipment until it is received.

6. Refunds

6.1. If the right of withdrawal is properly exercised, the Supplier will refund the order amount within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

6.2. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the customer explicitly requests another method, at no additional cost.

7. Additional Conditions

7.1. The Supplier reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated versions published on the website.

7.2. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not possible – by the competent Bulgarian court in accordance with applicable law.
